Spacious, professionally designed, and featuring panoramic beachfront views, our contemporary 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. With a private deck, custom chef’s kitchen, and fully stocked with hotel-quality amenities, our place is the perfect place for large groups, families, and companies coming to town on business who seek first class accommodations in Boston.
Located across the street from the M Street Beach and a stone’s throw from downtown Boston, our home is a modern homage to the crisp chic and casual comfort of the Cape Cod aesthetic.
Our house features 6 full bedrooms with a total of 8 beds:

In addition, there are 4 rollaway beds that come pre-made with fresh linens to create a sleeping arrangement that best suits your group. All beds feature top-of-the-line mattresses and high thread count sheets.
The bathrooms are elegant and spotless, featuring glass-enclosed showers, essential toiletries (shower gel/shampoo/conditioner), and heaps of oversized towels to make packing lighter.
The open-concept living area was designed to maximize comfort. Sink into the sectional sofa for a group movie night, or whip up a meal in the chef’s kitchen that comes complete with a gas range/stove, dishwasher, and essential cookware. Settle in around the dining table with a glass of wine, or use it as a workspace if you are in town on business.
In addition to the indoor spaces, guests can make use of the front deck. Kick back on the patio furniture with a good book and watch the sun set over the water.
Other features include central air conditioning and heat, laundry (washer/dryer/iron), and high speed internet. Finally, there is one off-street parking spot available should you need space for your vehicle.
The entire apartment is for your enjoyment.

Other things to note
Our home is set in a quiet, family-centric neighborhood; out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that tenants follow Boston’s noise ordinance and keep noise to a minimum after 11:00pm. Please do not use the outdoor spaces after 11:00pm.
Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm and check-out is no later than 11:00am. We have to firmly keep to these times as our housekeepers require ample time to prepare for your arrival.
Payment is due in full at time of booking (no deposits or holds). Airbnb retains a separate security deposit in escrow which is fully refundable.

There is no shortage of options for those visiting Boston for a refreshing retreat from daily life. Dig your toes into the sand at the M Street Beach, or take a morning stroll along the water on the Boston HarborWalk.
Guests joining us for business travel can enjoy recharging from a busy day at work in a tranquil residential setting all within close proximity to the BCEC, downtown, and financial district.
While the neighborhood offers plenty to do and see on foot, there are a variety of convenient and affordable transportation options available for those who are looking to venture out further.
Walk up one block to E 8th Street where guests can catch the #11 MBTA bus that runs regularly to and from the Broadway subway station on the Red Line, which will then take you downtown in just minutes. Or, continue past Broadway station on the #11 bus to Essex Street in Chinatown (located downtown, just one block from Boston Common). In addition to the #11 bus, the closest subway station is Andrew Station.
For those who feel adventurous, the nearest Hubway bicycle rental location is a 10-15 minute walk. For $6/day, you can enjoy access to a bike that can be dropped off at one of the 160+ locations across the city. Hubway’s bike rentals are a great way to spend an afternoon exploring the area, and are a good option for experienced bikers looking to tour the city.
If biking or public transport isn’t your thing, there are several private transportation options at your disposal. An Uber ride to almost anywhere in the Boston metro area should be around $10 (and less if you split the ride with others). The closest ZipCar location is 10-15 minutes from the house.
Please note that this property has a $500 damage deposit that will be assessed to the credit or debit card you use at checkout in the case of damage. You will not be charged for damages unless damage or vandalism done by you or your group is discovered. Our properties are checked thoroughly before and after every reservation for damage. If damage is discovered, we will provide you with an itemized list of the damages and will assess the cost required to cover damages by charging the credit or debit card you use at checkout. If there is no damage, we will erase your credit card information from our system. This is thankfully very rare, but we want to make sure we’re clear with every guest on our policy!
