Getting around
You are less than half a mile to the Savin Hill subway station, where in minutes the Red Line will take you directly into the heart of Boston. A ten minute ride to South Station connects you to bus services, the commuter rail, Amtrak, and Logan Airport shuttles. Alight at Downtown Crossing for shopping and the theatre district, or Park Street Station for the Freedom Trail and the State House.
For the more intrepid, your nearest Hubway bicycle rental location is less than a five minute walk. For $6/day, you can enjoy access to a bike that can be dropped off at one of the 160+ locations across the city. Hubway’s bike rentals are a great way to spend an afternoon exploring the area, and are a good option for experienced bikers looking to tour the city.
If biking and public transport aren’t for you, there are several private transportation options at your disposal (Uber/Lyft, Zipcar). If you do plan on driving, there are two off-street parking spots available, and our street is blessed with free on-street parking 24/7 should you need more space.
Damage Deposit
Please note that this property has a $300 damage deposit that will be assessed to the credit or debit card you use at checkout in the case of damage. You will not be charged for damages unless damage or vandalism done by you or your group is discovered. Our properties are checked thoroughly before and after every reservation for damage. If damage is discovered, we will provide you with an itemized list of the damages and will assess the cost required to cover damages by charging the credit or debit card you use at checkout. If there is no damage, we will erase your credit card information from our system. This is thankfully very rare, but we want to make sure we’re clear with every guest on our policy!
