Located in the heart of New Orleans’ Central Business District, our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom luxury condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Featuring a brand new kitchen, open-concept living area, and access to the roof deck hot tub, our home is perfect for couples, families, or colleagues looking for a world-class NOLA experience.

The space

Inspired by the crisp chic and functional comfort of the minimalist aesthetic, our home is a balanced blend of classic style and contemporary convenience for up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a king size bed, while the living area offers a twin size daybed with optional trundle; all three beds have Tempurpedic or Casper mattresses as well as high thread count linens. The recently remodeled bathroom is fully stocked with essential toiletries and heaps of oversized cotton bath towels for your convenience. Our open-concept common space was designed to provide all the creature comforts of home with hotel-quality flourishes. The new kitchen features brand-new appliances, essential cookware, and a family-style dining table. The living area is a great place to kick back as a group; enjoy the ample seating and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Along with the indoor spaces, guests are welcome to enjoy the private roof deck. Lounge with a good book, relax in the hot tub, or fire up the grill for your friends and family while the sun sets on New Orleans. Other features include: access to the building’s gym as well as private lounge, laundry (washer/dryer/iron), high-speed internet throughout the apartment, and central air conditioning and heat.

Guest access

The entire condo, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, is for your group’s enjoyment.

Interaction with guests

The entire apartment is exclusively for your enjoyment. However, should you need anything, we are always available via the messenger or by phone.

Other things to note

Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm and check-out is no later than 11:00am. We have to firmly keep to these times as our housekeepers require ample time to prepare for your arrival. If helpful, you may drop your bags off as early as 1:30pm on day of check-in, or you may store your luggage until 12:30pm on day of check-out. Payment is due in full at time of booking (no deposits or holds). Airbnb retains a separate security deposit in escrow which is fully refundable. The neighborhood

Our home is located in the hip Warehouse District, a part of New Orleans’ Central Business District (CBD). Our condo is just a stone’s throw to the French Quarter, and there is no shortage of exciting places to explore in our immediate neighborhood. With the hottest bars as well as world-famous restaurants at your fingertips and a streetcar line that runs right by the building, our condo is truly in the heart of New Orleans.

Getting around

While the neighborhood offers plenty to do and see on foot, there are a variety of convenient, reliable, and affordable transportation options available for those looking to venture out further. Our neighborhood is safe and completely walkable; the French Quarter is just a 5 minute stroll away. The 12 St Charles Streetcar runs right by the condo, and an Uber or taxi can take you anywhere in the city for $5.

 

Damage Deposit

Please note that this property has a $250 damage deposit that will be assessed to the credit or debit card you use at checkout in the case of damage. You will not be charged for damages unless damage or vandalism done by you or your group is discovered. Our properties are checked thoroughly before and after every reservation for damage. If damage is discovered, we will provide you with an itemized list of the damages and will assess the cost required to cover damages by charging the credit or debit card you use at checkout. If there is no damage, we will erase your credit card information from our system. This is thankfully very rare, but we want to make sure we’re clear with every guest on our policy!

Frank's place was beautiful. My friend Lucy and I are travelling the States and thoroughly enjoyed our time in New Orleans and absolutely loved Frank's apartment. It was perfect for us, walking distance to the French Quarter or a short uber ride

I loved the condo/loft. The street is maybe 2 blocks from Canal street that includes many retail clothing stores. Down the street on Canal is the Harrahs casino. We loved the layout and the location of the place.

Super close to the French Quarter and bourbon street (5-10 min walk) but just far enough that it is quiet and an easy escape. The bed was super comfy, great for all the naps I needed. Kitchen was clean and had everything I needed to cook. Did not
