Constructed in the 1880’s, we recently renovated this Greek Revival mansion down to the studs to create an unparalleled guest experience. Original architectural details capture the culture of NOLA, while luxurious modern amenities bring it squarely into the 21st century. With 8 bedrooms, 5 full baths/3 half baths, and a separate guest cottage, there’s space for up to 25 guests; perfect for large groups, weddings, and companies coming to town on business.
The mansion’s eight bedrooms feature a total of eighteen beds. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have one king bed as well as a twin-size daybed; bedroom 3 features two twin beds; bedroom 4 offers two full beds; bedroom 5 has one queen bed; finally, the guest cottage has one queen bed. Two of the parlors in the main house can be used as bedrooms as well; Parlor 1 (identified as bedroom 7 in the diagram) has a queen-size Murphy bed and a twin-size day bed, and Parlor 2 (bedroom 8) offers two twin-size daybeds. Additionally, there are 4 twin-size rollaway beds that can be set up to create a sleeping arrangement that best suits the needs of your group. The 5 full/3 half bathrooms were recently remodeled with features both sophisticated and sensible. Standout details include glass-enclosed showers, antique china wash basins, and claw-footed bathtubs. All bathrooms are fully stocked with essential toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) as well as heaps of oversized cotton towels to make packing lighter. 2 bedrooms in the main house have their own en-suite bathrooms, as does the guest cottage. The home’s airy common spaces were designed to entertain. Classic pieces are complemented by unique decorative flourishes, offering a modern interpretation of the regal splendor of Antebellum style. The three traditional Southern sitting parlors are bathed in sunshine, accented with local artwork, and framed by original crown moldings and fireplaces, culminating in an effect both contemporary and grand. We converted the fourth parlor into a family-style living area, featuring a wraparound sectional sofa and huge flat-screen TV. A wall of oversized windows flood the dining room and kitchen with natural light. The kitchen features gleaming appliances, a cherry breakfast bar, and is crowned by an ornamental brick hearth; we also provide essential cookware, pots and pans, and table settings. In the formal dining room, we re-mounted the original 18-person table underneath custom light fixtures. In addition to the indoor spaces, guests are welcome to use the lush outdoor areas. Whether you’re grilling up some grub on the deck or reading a book in the leafy courtyard, this is truly a luxurious oasis away from the bustle of downtown NOLA. Other features include central heat and air conditioning, high speed internet, and off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that while the guest cottage is completely ADA-accessible, the main mansion is not. We have hosted weddings, corporate meetings, and other events in this special space, and we would love to host yours! Please send us a message if interested in holding your event here today.
The entire estate is for your group’s enjoyment.

The oldest African-American neighborhood in the country, the lower Treme remains one of the most joyful, lively, and vibrant areas of New Orleans, home to an incredible underground live jazz scene and regular second line parades. Our home is just a short walk to the French Quarter and the Marigny/Frenchmen Street. We are also a few blocks away from the North Rampart streetcar line
The best way to get around is by foot, bike, taxi, or Uber/Lyft. For cycling enthusiasts, New Orleans is an eminently bikeable city, and there are several rental and tour companies in close proximity (we especially recommend Bicycle Michael’s on Frenchmen Street). The Quarter and Marigny are both within walking distance, and other hotspots such as The Bywater neighborhood and Magazine Street are a short cab ride away.
