This is a duplex apartment (two floors). There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor of the duplex and an additional bedroom, bathroom, and open-concept living space located on the ground level. All four bedrooms feature Casper or Tempurpedic-quality mattresses as well as crisp, clean linens. The bedroom configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 queen-over-queen bunk bed Bedroom 3: 1 full bed Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed Extra beds: 4 twin-size rollaway beds All 3 bathrooms are brand new and are stocked with freshly laundered, oversize cotton bath towels, essential toiletry items, and a hair dryer. The open-concept living space includes a 55″ SmartTV, a fully equipped kitchen (all essential cook/dishware and brand new appliances), and ample seating. The home also features a large, private outdoor space exclusively for your group’s use and enjoyment. The back yard features a patio with an outdoor dining space (bench seating). Central air/heat, high-speed internet, and brand new high-capacity washer/dryer are also available for your use and convenience.
The entire apartment and back yard is exclusively for your group’s enjoyment. Please note that there are two other apartments in this building. While the foyer space is used by all residents, the apartment is completely private.

Other things to note
Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm and check-out is no later than 11:00am. We have to firmly keep to these times as our housekeepers require ample time to prepare for your arrival. If helpful, you may drop your bags off as early as 1:30pm on day of check-in, or you may store your luggage until 12:30pm on day of check-out. Payment is due in full at time of booking (no deposits or holds). Airbnb retains a separate security deposit in escrow which is fully refundable. The closest subway stop is less than a ten minute walk away, making the whole city readily accessible within minutes.
For those who feel adventurous, the nearest Hubway bicycle rental location is a five minute walk away. For $6/day, you can enjoy access to a bike that can be dropped off at one of the 160+ locations across the city. Hubway’s bike rentals are a great way to spend an afternoon exploring the area, and are a good option for experienced bikers looking to tour the city.
If biking and public transport aren’t your thing, there are several private transportation options at your disposal (Uber, Zipcar). If you do plan on driving, please note that while we do not have off-street parking at our home, there is no shortage of safe, free on-street parking available.
Please note that this property has a $500 damage deposit that will be assessed to the credit or debit card you use at checkout in the case of damage. You will not be charged for damages unless damage or vandalism done by you or your group is discovered. Our properties are checked thoroughly before and after every reservation for damage. If damage is discovered, we will provide you with an itemized list of the damages and will assess the cost required to cover damages by charging the credit or debit card you use at checkout. If there is no damage, we will erase your credit card information from our system. This is thankfully very rare, but we want to make sure we’re clear with every guest on our policy!
