The two-bedroom, single bathroom condo features a brand new, fully equipped kitchen and an open-concept living area that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The home’s two bedrooms feature a total of three beds. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the other comes with two full sized beds. All beds are topped with Tempurpedic mattresses and carefully made using top-of-the linens and piles of plush pillows. Extra blankets, linens, and towels are also available, should you need them at any point during your stay. The newly renovated full bath features first-class modern fixtures, stone surfaces, and tasteful tile work. Essential toiletry items, oversized cotton bath towels, and a hair dryer are all made available for your use. Guests who are looking to do some laundry during their trip are welcome to use the in-unit front-loading washer and dryer at any point. Laundry detergent and an ironing set-up are also provided for your convenience. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area was designed to unwind after a long day about town. A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows fills the space with natural light and provides an exclusive front-row seat to stunning city views. The recently renovated and completely equipped chef’s kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, first-class fixtures, and ample stone surfaces. The kitchen space also comes stocked with cookware and daily essentials (salt, pepper, coffee, sweetener, etc). Enjoy the view along with a home cooked meal around the custom-built live-edge dining table. Sink into our living room sofa to enjoy a good book or access to Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, and premium cable on the flat screen HD SmartTV. High-speed internet is also available throughout the home for your convenience. In addition to our home’s indoor spaces, guests are also welcome to make use of the building’s fully furnished roof deck. Enjoy a stunning panoramic view of Boston with a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail in this shared space.

Other things to note
For those considering bringing a private vehicle, please note that while there is street parking available in the area, it can be tricky to navigate, particularly during the weekdays. From Monday to Friday, the vast majority of side streets only allow vehicles with a resident permit to park overnight. We would recommend that guests with a private vehicle download and use the app “Spot,” a reliable and budget-friendly option that allows you to rent parking from local parking spot owners by the hour, day, or week. Parking on Spot can be rented prior or during your visit depending on your needs. Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm and check-out is no later than 11:00am. We have to firmly keep to these times, as our housekeeping staff requires ample time to prepare for your arrival. If helpful, you may drop your bags off as early as 1:30pm on day of check-in, or you may store your luggage until 12:30pm on day of check-out. Payment is due in full at time of booking (no deposits or holds). Airbnb retains a separate security deposit in escrow, which is fully refundable. For those looking to venture out a little further, the North End and newly developed Seaport District’s vibrant nightlife and critically acclaimed foodie scene is reachable within minutes via public transport or Uber.
If you are craving a night in, everything you would want or need to create a delicious home cooked meal is located within a mile of the apartment including small boutique groceries and large supermarkets.
While the neighborhood offers plenty to do and see on foot, there are a variety of convenient transportation options available for those who are looking to venture out further and explore the city.
Public transport is a budget-friendly and hassle-free way to experience what the city has to offer. Some might even say that riding the “T” is a cornerstone of an authentic Boston experience. The closest train stop, Andrew station, is located about 400 ft. from the apartment’s front door (less than a two minute walk).
Andrew station is located two stops away from South Station and three stops (approximately 6 minutes) from Downtown Crossing. The Downtown Crossing station is a central meeting point for several train lines, making the whole city readily accessible.
For those who are feeling adventurous, there is a Hubway bike rental location directly across the street from the apartment. For $6/ day, you can enjoy access to a bike that can be dropped off at one of the many locations scattered throughout the city. Hubway’s bike rentals are a great way to spend an afternoon exploring the area, or a good option for experienced bikers looking to tour the city.
If biking and public transport aren’t your thing, there are several private transportation options at your disposal. An Uber ride to almost anywhere in the Boston metro area should be around $10. For $8, you can take an Uber to Copley, the theater district, or the Boston Commons. The closest car rental location is located ¾ mile from the apartment (Enterprise Rent-a-Car).
Please note that this property has a $300 damage deposit that will be assessed to the credit or debit card you use at checkout in the case of damage. You will not be charged for damages unless damage or vandalism done by you or your group is discovered. Our properties are checked thoroughly before and after every reservation for damage. If damage is discovered, we will provide you with an itemized list of the damages and will assess the cost required to cover damages by charging the credit or debit card you use at checkout. If there is no damage, we will erase your credit card information from our system. This is thankfully very rare, but we want to make sure we’re clear with every guest on our policy!
