While staying with us, you may make use of everything our home has to offer: Wifi, SmartTV with apps (Netflix, etc), laundry, and more are yours. The open concept living area was recently remodeled and features a handcrafted breakfast bar, the ideal space for gathering around a home-cooked meal or just relaxing after exploring “The Bean.”
Interaction with guests
You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
While charmingly historic, the Fort Hill neighborhood is pulsing with modern energy. With the South End, Fenway, and Downtown all nearby, Boston’s culinary and cultural scenes are at your fingertips. A dynamic mix of local families, young professionals, and students, Fort Hill has a unique flavor all its own while remaining deeply connected to Boston’s rich history.
The best way to get around is by taking the train (“The T”), or Uber/Lyft. The closest T is a 5-8 minute walk and can get you downtown in minutes. There is a Hubway bike rental station nearby, and there is plenty of on-street parking for your vehicle.
Please note that this property has a $500 damage deposit that will be assessed to the credit or debit card you use at checkout in the case of damage. You will not be charged for damages unless damage or vandalism done by you or your group is discovered. Our properties are checked thoroughly before and after every reservation for damage. If damage is discovered, we will provide you with an itemized list of the damages and will assess the cost required to cover damages by charging the credit or debit card you use at checkout. If there is no damage, we will erase your credit card information from our system. This is thankfully very rare, but we want to make sure we’re clear with every guest on our policy!
